Amanda Rachels is an Alabama based full-time comic artist and (sometimes) colorist of independent comics, including Vicious Circus (with writer Kevin LaPorte), a unique twist on the prevailing fear of clowns that re-imagines the horror icons as avenging spirits for abused children! She also provided full art for The Blind Eye, a horror story of masked vigilantes protecting a hurricane-flooded city invaded by dark forces both human and supernatural.
Bohdan Neswiacheny is a comic book creator, filmmaker and driving force behind Resistance Entertainment. Resistance is a South Florida company focusing on unique and inventive media content. Their endeavors include film and television production as well as comic books. ⠀
Cody Dickinson is the driving force behind Cody’s Cosplay Carnival. Cody is a skilled craftsperson who makes his costumes from scratch. Cody is local to the area but travels all over showing off his incredible costumes and inspiring others to push their talents in the craft of cosplay. Cody is our official Cosplay Ambassador and a good friend to the show.
When Graven RavenWolf is not out promoting his “MUSE”, Artist Monica RavenWolf at a convention or show, you can find him working on, promoting, and developing one of his many artistic endeavors. Some of these include his branding design company Digital Warpaint, creator-owned comic and IP publishing company Native Engine, and being a consultant with content creation company Arcade Heart Productions. Specializing in Graphic Design, Illustration, Concept Art, and Brand Consulting; Graven strives to show the world his imagination.
Heidi Hess is a writer/artist/promoter and the driving force behind Heidi Creates. She has written Chasing Elpis for Neon Sunrise Publishing, Spin the Bottle for D & T Publishing’s It’s All Fun and Games Until Someone Dies - an anthology that was #1 on Amazon. Several of her paintings have been featured by Cosmic Times, Neon Sunrise Publishing and as a 8’x30’ mural in an elementary school. Currently, she is working on a series of historical fiction short stories, and organizing a book/writing festival, Read It Write It in Boynton Beach, Florida.
Kevin LaPorte is the Mobile, Alabama-based writer and co-creator of genre comics with a horror bent - Vicious Circus (with artist Amanda Rachels), Last Ride for Horsemen and Roadkill du Jour! The worlds Kevin creates range from dark carnivals overrun by killer clowns violently avenging abused children (Vicious Circus) to dying frontier towns in the Old West beset by Steampunk versions of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse!
Manny “Cartoon” Aguilera is a local fan favorite who was with PalmCon from the very beginning. His whimsical style and pop culture inspired artwork has been a staple on the Florida comic scene for well over a decade. About six years ago Manny retired from the comic-con life to focus on his graphic design business, turning out logos and illustrations that have been printed on hats, shirts, games and pretty much everything else under the sun. PalmCon is his first show in nearly 6 years.

Michael Duron is the writer/artist/creator of the smash hit all ages series Sugar Boogarz and is a sought after master caricaturists. Beyond that he is a Lucasfilm and Disney artist who has also done work for Topps, Marvel, Archie Comics, Universal, Action Lab Entertainment/DangerZone, New Line Cinema and Scout Comics.He will be taking commissions and selling original art as well as select prints.
Monica RavenWolf’s most recent work can be seen gracing the Marvel Masterpieces/ Upper Deck Serieslicensed sketch cards. Monica's latest line of artwork is a bat-kitten series entitled Itty Bitty Bittens. In addition to her wide range of artistic abilities, she has worked in the apparel industry for the last 15 years. Her work can be seen on licensed merch such as Marvel, DC Comics, M & M, Margaritaville, Ron Jon, Six Flags, Universal Studios, LucasFilm, Disney and many more.
Roland Mann is the publisher for SilverLine Comics and has written such comics as Cat & Mouse, Planet of the Apes: Blood of the Apes, Battletech, Wizard of Oz, Huckleberry Finn, Cat & Mouse, Tiny, Kreyand Switchblade. Roland is best known for his work at Malibu/Marvel Comics where he edited a host of titles only comic geeks know. He teaches writing for comics in the Creative Writing program at Full Sail University and occasionally blogs at www.rolandmann.me.
Ryan Miller is a mixed-media Florida based artist, who is best known for his incredible Transformers and Transformers: Beast Wars art pieces. He recently painted the variant cover for the first issue of Cosmic Times’ new series The Good, The Bad, and The Prehistoric. Other comic work for Cosmic Times includes the dynamic cover for the Chaser Platoon Collected Edition Trade Paperback. Recently it was announced that Ryan is doing cover work for IDW’s series Transformers: Beast Wars.
Steph Cannon is a California based comic writer and content creator. Her list of published comic works include - Hexed (Alterna Comics), Light Reflected (CORPUS Anthology), Bogey (Alterna Comics), and Frontiers (Scout Comics). She is also one half of InSymmetry Creations, the creative content collective with business and writing partner Matt Knowles. For InSymmetry she has co-written the Medieval Fantasy series Tales From Nocturnia.
The Florida Garrison is a part of a worldwide Star Wars costuming organization, the 501st Legion, and is divided into five squads covering the state including the Everglades Squad.Since 2003, the Everglades Squad of the Florida Garrison has served the community for charity and other local events. They are the "Bad Guys Doing Good" throughout South Florida. The 501st has been part of every PalmCon since our very first event in 2011.
The Gotham Underground is a diverse Florida based cosplay group. They can be found at cons, charities, and other social events through out the state. The Gotham Underground’s mission is to bring the community together through cosplay, friendship, and fun. In 2012 he started the podcast and has been a panelist at conventions around the country.
Task Force 27 is the Florida Garrison of “The Finest GI Joe Costuming Club.” The Finest celebrates G.I. Joe through the creation and wearing of high-quality costumes and props based upon canon characters from the G.I. Joe universe. Each year, club members appear and exhibit at more than 100 pop-culture conventions, parades, and other events worldwide. Since 2007, the Finest has used their love for GI Joe to raise funds for military and veteran organizations such as K9s For Warriors and the USO!
