As a musician, writer, and convention personality, Matt Knowles has dipped his toes into many different creative pools over the years. Matt's first foray into the non-lyrical writing and creating world was the e-book version of Heirs of Isildur - The Crossroads Conundrum which morphed into the illustrated novel / comic story arc of the same name. That arc saw 11 individual issues that were then reformatted / re-envisioned into a 268 page graphic novel.
The Heirs of Isildur one-shot Nightmare Scenario and the CURRENT arc The Perilous Prospects see KNOWLES as the head writer with his #TeamINSYM partner (and PalmCon guest) Steph Cannon as the co-writer and editor. They are in traditional comic format. The pair also team up for the medieval fantasy series Tales From Nocturnia, the shenanigan filled Misfitz Clubhouse, the fictional FAR EAST fantasy horror graphic novel I Am Qido, and the BRAND NEW, swashbuckling series Tatsumi: The Serpent Mistress!
Matt is also the mad scientist behind INSYM's musical side, birthing two full length albums: Heirs of Isildur - The Crossroads Conundrum and Heirs of Isildur vs Tales From Nocturnia into existence, alongside multiple other singles.
He's also co-written the Team INSYM stories in the Cthulhu Invades trilogy and Holiday Spirits Anthologies from Orange Cone Productions.

Amanda Rachels is an Alabama based full-time comic artist and (sometimes) colorist of independent comics, including Vicious Circus (with writer Kevin LaPorte), a unique twist on the prevailing fear of clowns that re-imagines the horror icons as avenging spirits for abused children! She also provided full art for The Blind Eye, a horror story of masked vigilantes protecting a hurricane-flooded city invaded by dark forces both human and supernatural.
