By purchasing tickets you hereby accept the Terms and Conditions as stated below.
There are NO REFUNDS on admission tickets for any reason! If the show is forced to reschedule due to weather or some other unforeseen incident - in that event your ticket (s) purchase will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
Tickets/Wristbands are nonrefundable or transferable.
You agree that PalmCon can add your contact information into our email database to receive updates on future shows.
By attending PalmCon: Treasure Coast you acknowledge and agree to grant PalmCon / Cosmic Times Media Group LLC the right at the event to photograph or capture your likeness and/or the likeness of your minor children for use on social media and print advertisement without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to PalmCon / Cosmic Times Media Group LLC includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.
You shall not solicit business from other attendees and exhibitors. Attendees observed soliciting or handing out flyers without express consent from a representative of PalmCon will be ejected from PalmCon: South and may be banned from future events.
You agree that neither the event facility nor the promoters (PalmCon / Cosmic Times Media Group LLC ) shall be liable for any claims, losses, damages, medical emergencies, sickness, death, injuries or liability which may be sustained by any person while traveling to or attending PalmCon: Treasure Coast (including but not limited to) any employee, or any other person or entity. You agree that you will hold harmless and indemnify PalmCon / Cosmic Times Media Group LLC from any and all claims, including losses, damages, death, injuries, or liability (including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) whether to property, person, or otherwise, that arise while participating in the event.
All guest announcements are subject to change, there are no refunds on admission tickets.
